Ms. Bismah - Ms. Bismah has been my trainer from the start of my training. As a practicing lawyer, I could attend my training only on Saturdays, and Ms. Bismah ensured to make my experience extremely comforting and enjoyable for me. Her guidance has helped shape me into a more confident driver today. I extend a special mention for her, and I'm grateful to have had Ms. Bismah, an excellent trainer.
Mr. Ali Hamzi - He has been a great support, and helped me throughout my test booking process. 
Zulfiqar Sir - He has been a great mentor at the early stages of my training and helped me improve my driving and parking skills at the earlier stages.
Zaffarullah Sir - He has been very helpful during my parking assessments, and has provided me with valuable feedback and support throughout the parking tests.

My instructor Mr. Mahmoud Abdelmaabod is a really very good instructor. He taught me with all his knowledge, is very cool, respectful, and decent. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.
Mr. Abdo Antwan (examiner) is very decent, he did the most important thing in the test that relieved my stress and nervousness. He is fair & honest, explained the mistakes I made, and taught me the right way.

But she not only helped me overcome my fears but also went an extra mile to encourage and support me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and full of encouragement. She had the best tactics that helped me at every stage of my testing. The training was so impactful which resulted in clearing my driving test on the first attempt. I can say without any hesitation that the only thing that is good in Emirates Driving institute is Ms. Tayyaba. I recommend Ms.Tayyaba to everyone who wishes to learn to drive at EDI. Alhamdulillah! I would like to share some of my experiences with EDI; I had Mr. AbdulJaleel (L09 fleet) as my instructor for the 3rd and 4th attempt classes. There are very few instructors who put their heart and soul into the profession, and one of them is Mr. Abdul Jaleel. He taught me so well and helped me to rectify all my mistakes. More than just focusing on helping me to pass the road test, he taught me how to drive confidently to be a safe driver even in new places. Mr. Abdul Jaleel well deserves this appreciation note. I was very nervous to start driving, as it was my first time behind a steering wheel. But my instructor instilled a sense of confidence in me, through her lessons. She was very patient with me and gave me valuable feedback at the end of every lesson, from the very first day. She always made it a point to highlight areas I had improved in, and areas where there was still room for improvement. She was welcome to questions and doubts, and always addressed them politely and practically. Her encouraging words and constructive criticism immensely helped me learn and better my skills. She is very professional and pragmatic. She helped me understand how I could improve whenever I made a mistake, by explaining its technical implications. I would like to commend Ms. Sukaina on her teaching. It was a pleasure learning to drive with my instructor.

It was a happy moment for me for passing the EDI road assessment on my first try. Have to thank my instructor Ms. Sukaina for all her efforts, patience and encouragement to teach me the ways of driving. It was indeed a stressful yet fulfilling experience and knowing that Ms. Sukaina was having her full support and attention, it became a better experience for me.
