What is Youth Driving Course?
An exclusive driving course for university, college, or school students in Dubai over the age of 17 years & 6 months.

What can I get in this course?

Will I get transportation?
Yes! You can take a transport bus from Dubai Academic City or Dubai Knowledge Park to our main centers in Al Qusais & Al Quoz. Moreover, you can take the transport bus from the main center to Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman. Get the bus routes from Al Qusais, Al Quoz, and branches. Alternatively, you can also avail of pick and drop service by our trainers from selected locations.

What are the class timings & location?
You can complete 4 hours of training in a day or 8 hours of training in a week excluding Saturday. The training timings are between 8:25 AM to 5:30 PM from Sunday to Friday. Register at our branch in Dubai Academic City, Dubai Knowledge Park or at any of 40+ branches across Dubai.

What is the minimum age to apply?
The minimum age is 17 years and 6 months to enroll for a Car driving course and 17 years to enroll for a Motorcycle riding course. The UAE driving license will be issued at the age of 18 years and above.

How can I pay for the course?
You can pay the course fees in installment with banks from 3, 6, or 12 months*. Click here to know the installment plans available. *T & C apply

For the Car driving course, you can complete 50% of the total fee upon registration, 25% upon the Intial Driving Assessment test (stage 8) & balance before the RTA smart yard test.
For the Motorcycle riding course, you can complete 50% of the total fee upon registration, 25% upon the RTA Yard test & balance before the Initial Driving Assessment Test.

Terms & Conditions:

Additional charges may apply in case:
- The RTA theory test if requested for Remote Interpretation Service AED 435.
- The RTA road test booking if requested on Saturday/Sunday is for AED 100.
- Of early RTA test booking for AED 320.
- Of changes in the RTA fee
- The student wishes for additional training, the fee will apply as per the hourly training fee besides the mandatory training recommended by RTA or EDI between each test failure.
- The student wishes to withdraw his/her training file from EDI, the service fee will apply for EDI services used so far.
- The student is absent for the scheduled training or booked test, the fee will apply as per the EDI rate card.
Not valid for the Direct Test courses.
Not valid in conjunction with Fazza card, Esa'd, Sanad and Al Saada discounts or any ongoing loyalty tie-ups.
In a scenario where the RTA file is expired for more than a year during its renewal, the students registered for fixed price courses will pay for reappearing for RTA tests that they had attended and passed earlier.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Original Emirates ID
Original driving license* issued from other countries of the same vehicle category (if any) to determine 20/15/10 hours course.

*Note: The hologram on the driving license must be visible. If the driving license is not in English or Arabic, please legally translate your driving license from a legal translation typing office in Dubai. Letter from the consulate of your country in case this license is lost will be accepted.

Electronic Eye test- This eye test service is available at the Institute’s main centers or RTA-approved eye test centers in Dubai.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS (Case wise) FOR:

Female customers (younger than 21 years) who wish to take training by a male instructor:

A no-objection letter signed by the sponsor

Driver visa holders under any category require:

Medical fitness report from the RTA-approved medical centers or hospitals.

For residents with visas issued in the other emirates, one of the following

Copy of the tenancy agreement approved by ejari or copy of the Title Deed as a proof of residence
Copy of the company's trade licence (Dubai branch and the branch that issued the residency)
Letter from the company certifying that the customer works in Dubai
An official document proving that you are currently a student in Dubai.

For diplomats

Copy of the diplomatic passport
Original Emirates ID, if any
A copy of the valid diplomatic card for embassies, consulates and international organisations instead of the Emirates ID
A copy of a letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission.

For People of Determination

Copy of the certificate of transfer to the doctor issued by the Licensing Agency

Note: The customer should refer to Rashid Hospital for the medical test.

Sanad Card from Community Development Authority or People of Determination card.

For the Emirati passport holder who is without a family book (Marsoom holders)

Copy of the valid passport
Copy of the valid Marsoom

For the Emirati passport holder who is the son of an Emirati woman

Copy of the valid passport
Valid letter from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs stating that the customer's mother is Emirati

For golden residency holders who have a driver licence from their countries

A copy of the customer previous valid driving license
Knowledge test and Road test results.
